1. How much does a custom foam insert cost?

The price depends on the size, material thickness and complexity of the cutouts. We would be happy to make you an individual offer - just send us your requirements!

2. Can I get a sample of my packaging insert?

Yes! We offer a free sample box for which you only have to pay the shipping costs. This way you can see for yourself the quality of our products.

3. How long does production take?

Our production time is usually between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on the size of the order. Urgent orders are possible by arrangement.

4. Which materials can be cut?

We cut foam, wood, acrylic glass and other materials with the highest precision. Please feel free to ask us if you would like a specific material.

5. Do you also offer small quantities or custom-made items?

Yes, we produce both individual pieces and larger series. Whatever you need!

6. Can I submit my own files or designs?

Yes! You can send us your design files in formats such as SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG . If you don't have a template, we will be happy to help you create one.
